- 2 teaspoons Grain alcohol (as preservative)
- Distilled water
- 4 oz glass spray bottle

1. Add grain alcohol and oil to the glass bottle and swirl together.
2. Fill the rest of the bottle with distilled water. Shake well and be sure to label your bottle.
3. To use, shake well and lightly mist pillow before bedtime. You could also use it as a body mist as well. If you omit the alcohol, use a spray recipe within 2-3 weeks.
