Peppermint is a popular remedy for counteracting nausea due to its antiemetic properties. A strong cup of herbal peppermint tea (this is my favorite) and a few drops of peppermint oil in the diffuser can be a great fix for an upset stomach.

  • 3 drops Ginger
  • 3 drops Grapefruit
  • 2 drops Peppermint
