Christmas Essential Oil Room Spray Recipe Tips

It is best to let your spray "marinate" for about a day so the scents have time to infuse together. Be sure to shake spray before using each time.

Distilled or filtered water is preferred to keep the integrity of your spray mixture pure (impurities in tap water could alter your spray).

If you don't have grain alcohol you could use rubbing alcohol as an alternative in your spray. If you omit the alcohol altogether, spray recipe will need to be used within a couple weeks.

As an alternative, these fragrance blends below could be added to scented products like potpourri recipes, diy wax melts for a wax warmer, or even a homemade sachet.

The Benefits of Using Christmas Room Sprays

As we approach the holiday season, one of the best ways to get into the festive spirit is by incorporating Christmas room sprays into your home. Not only do these sprays smell amazing, but they can also be used for a variety of other purposes throughout the winter months.

Let's explore some of the benefits and uses of Christmas room sprays.

Aromatic Benefits

The most obvious benefit of using Christmas room sprays is that they help to create a pleasant and inviting atmosphere in your home.

Many people choose to spray their living rooms or bedrooms with festive scents such as cinnamon, pine, or apple cider. These scents evoke feelings of warmth and joy, making it easier to relax during the busy winter months. Not only that, but some studies have even shown that certain aromas can reduce stress and anxiety levels!

Room Refresher

Christmas room sprays can also be used as an effective air freshener throughout your house. Whether you’re having a dinner party or just trying to get rid of pesky cooking smells after dinner, spritzing a bit of festive scent around your home can quickly transform any space from stuffy to sweet-smelling in seconds flat.
